I have been managing and acquiring real estate for public and regulated KVG + international funds since 2011, with experience at IVG, Triuva, and Patrizia in Belgium and Luxembourg. My expertise spans complex transactions in dynamic markets, including land, office spaces, high-street retail, shopping centers, and built-to-rent residential properties.
-
I bring extensive experience in both core and opportunistic real estate investments, having led the sales and acquisitions of over 100,000 square meters for development or redevelopment into prime residential and office assets. From 2022 to 2025, I served as Country Director at a listed Belgian developer where I managed 500,000 square meters of residential and office projects across Belgium. My role encompassed overseeing new acquisitions, guiding strategic exits, and driving the company’s growth within the Belgian market.
-
I have managed entry and exit strategies for over 20 investors within both closed and open-ended funds, guiding their investment approaches to maximize growth and long-term value. Through a deep understanding of market cycles and asset repositioning, I have helped investors navigate complex transactions, optimize portfolios, and unlock the full potential of their real estate holdings. From identifying opportunities in core and opportunistic markets to executing strategic acquisitions and disposals, my focus has always been on delivering sustainable and profitable investment outcomes.

Success in real estate isn’t just about buying and selling—it’s about knowing when to move, where to invest, and how to maximize value. I’ve structured entry and exit strategies that ensure capital is deployed intelligently, optimizing assets for long-term returns by staying ahead of market trends. From repositioning underperforming properties to securing high-yield acquisitions, I help investors scale their portfolios with precision. Whether transforming land into high-value developments or revitalizing office and residential spaces, I drive growth that delivers results.

My personal principal track record, between 2011 and 2025, concluded over 50 transactions, with sales outweighing purchases to align with market shifts. The total value of deals to date amounts to almost €2bn. Post-credit crunch, opportunities arose, followed by IVG’s 2014 delisting and a significant liquidation program. The 2015–2017 quantitative easing phase boosted liquidity during Triuva's rebranding of IVG. In 2018, Triuva's sale to Patrizia marked global consolidation. The COVID-19 disruption in 2020–2021 led to recalibration, but transactions continued. By 2023, inflationary pressures due to the Ukraine war caused repricing and strategic exits, placing significant pressure on the development market.
2025 is the year where crucial capital decisions will need to be made, as the market navigates the aftermath of these crises, requiring decisive action for future growth.

I’m proudly 3 nationalities: Canadian, British, and Belgian—a true mix of cultures and influences that make for an interesting. Growing up in Canada, I learned to embrace the great outdoors, skiing and hockey. The UK taught me that cold dry winters in Canada are no match for 6 months of rain. And Belgium? Well, it’s where I discovered the art of beer and good eating. This unique blend of backgrounds shapes my approach to both business and life, allowing me to navigate challenges with a global perspective and a touch of humor.
